This device is speedy and effective: simply remove the head and ink assembly from a ballpoint pen, tape your hidden message around the inkwell, and reassemble.

The recipient can reply to your message on the same piece of paper with the same pen. Handily, the pen also has a built-in, self-destruct function: snap it in half and the ink should empty all over your message.
