1. We require 1 chaperone for every 10 students. Chaperones are free.

- Our staff will greet you at our 928 8th Avenue entrance
- Please arrive no earlier than 5 minutes before your time slot
- It is important to keep your group together during check-in
- Bookings must be made at least one week in advance
- Minimum school group size is ten (10) students
- Slots are limited to 35 students. Larger groups must book multiple slots (e.g. for 70 students, book 35 for 2pm and 35 for 2:15pm)
- Once you’ve received your order confirmation email you can submit a completed New York State ST-119 form via email to: groups@spyscape.com. Be sure to include your Order No. Note: Only applies to schools in NY state.
- We require 1 adult chaperone for every 10 students
- Please allow 90-120 minutes to complete the experience
- Personal belongings will be stored in a designated bin for your group
- Students may keep phones and/or wallets with them during their visit
- In order to receive their personal profile (and Special Ops challenge videos!) students will need to provide a valid email address
- A credit card may be used for online purchases here

- Payment MUST be received 1 week prior to your visit. Failure may result in forfeiture of your reserved time slot

The SPY HQ Experience takes about 90-120 minutes.
Yes. Each school group will have a dedicated staff member to provide guidance and answer questions.

We are a few blocks away from Columbus Circle and Central Park. Columbus Circle also has an indoor food court. There are many restaurants and fast food outlets within a few blocks of SPYSCAPE.

No. We do not have parking, but there are three parking garages on W. 55th Street within one block of SPYSCAPE:
iPark lot located at 308 W. 55th Street (Between 8th and 9th Aves.)
Champions Parking lot located 230 W. 55th Street (Between Broadway and 8th Aves.)
MP Parking lot located at 241 W. 55th Street (Between Broadway and 8th Aves.)
Bus Parking can be found here.
Buses may drop off and pick up in front of our entrance at 928 8th Avenue.
