There is no dress code for SPYSCAPE - come comfortable and ready for action. If you are also doing SPYGAMES, wear trainers or flat-soled shoes and comfortable clothing such as athleisure. Long trousers are strongly recommended for SPYGAMES as some rooms require climbing and jumping.
Yes. All entrances, galleries, retail spaces and bathrooms at both the London and New York venues are accessible via wheelchair and walker. If you require a carer or personal assistant to support your visit, they receive a complimentary ticket when you purchase your own. Please bring proof of eligibility when you arrive.
Yes. Lockers are available free of charge at both venues on a first-come, first-served basis. All bags and backpacks must be stored before entering the experience. Lockers measure 12" x 20" x 24" -items too large to fit will not be permitted inside.
Yes, photography is allowed and we’d love to see you share your experience on social! Just be mindful of other visitors, and check with staff on arrival as some areas may have restrictions.

A SPYSCAPE visit typically takes around 60 minutes in London. If you add SPYGAMES with an All Access ticket, allow at least 2 hours in total. Last entry is 60 minutes before closing in London.
Yes. The All Access ticket combines both experiences. You start with 50 minutes at SPYGAMES followed by the full SPYSCAPE experience - 60 minutes in London. Allow at least 2 hours in total.
Booking in advance online is not required, but we recommend it - you'll save £5 on your ticket when you book online at spyscape.com.
