These are the terms and conditions on which we supply tickets for entry to any SPYSCAPE location or experience and they set out important terms about visits to SPYSCAPE. We may make changes to these terms and conditions from time to time, so please check this page before you purchase your tickets to ensure you have seen the most up-to-date copy of our terms and conditions. All tickets are sold subject to these terms and conditions.

Because tickets are valid for entry to SPYSCAPE on a specific date and at a specific time, they cannot be refunded.
Validity of your ticket. Reserved tickets are valid for entry to SPYSCAPE on the date and time indicated on the front of the tickets. Tickets cannot be transferred or sold, and we may ask for proof of your identity before you enter SPYSCAPE. You must not resell your ticket to anyone. SPYSCAPE is not responsible for tickets which have been lost, stolen or created via unauthorized copying, and all such tickets are void.
You must comply with any requested security checks prior to entry. Items which are not allowed on the premises include but are not limited to: open / live flame (including birthday candles), weapons or explosives, sharp objects, aerosol cans, alcoholic beverages, all food and beverages (other than bottled water), glass bottles or containers, illegal or controlled substances, and animals other than service animals.
We may refuse entry or eject any person if such person’s conduct is disorderly, affects the safety or enjoyment of other guests, or does not follow these terms and conditions. We will not issue any refunds or compensation in such circumstances. You must follow and observe all signage, rules and instructions given by SPYSCAPE staff. Guests are not permitted to touch any artifacts or exhibits unless posted signage indicates that it is permitted or they are specifically directed to do so by SPYSCAPE staff.
The extent of our responsibility. In general, we are responsible to you for foreseeable loss and damage caused by us during your visit, including if we fail to comply with these terms and conditions, then we are responsible for loss or damage you suffer that is a foreseeable result of our breaking this contract or our failing to use reasonable care and skill, but we are not responsible for any loss or damage that is not foreseeable. Loss or damage is foreseeable if either it is obvious that it will happen or if, at the time the contract was made, both we and you knew it might happen. We do not exclude or limit in any way our liability to you where it would be unlawful to do so. This includes liability for death or personal injury caused by our negligence or the negligence of our employees, agents or subcontractors; for fraud or fraudulent misrepresentation; or for breach of your legal rights.
The extent of your responsibility. You are responsible for injury, losses or damage caused by your own actions or carelessness. We are not responsible in cases where we are not at fault. You must take sensible precautions to avoid any injury or damage to personal property. Steps you should take include: - acting sensibly and taking care to protect your own health and safety, as well as that of others who may be affected by your actions; - following our recommendations and instructions, and the policies and procedures put in place to minimize the risk of something going wrong; - contacting us as soon as possible if something goes wrong or if you have any concerns.
Prohibitions on conduct. You agree to not collect information during your visit to SPYSCAPE for any competitive purpose without prior written consent from SPYSCAPE. Competitive purposes include: use in a competing business; use in intellectual property enforcement; use in intellectual property development.
We will not be responsible for risks and danger while traveling to or from SPYSCAPE , such as personal injury, loss, damage or death and we will not be liable or responsible for any claims arising from these cases.
SPYSCAPE reserves the right to alter or revise operating hours for some or all exhibits, experiences, retail spaces or café due to inclement weather, private events or other extenuating circumstances. In such cases, efforts will be made to accommodate affected ticket holders when and if possible.
All ticket holders and their public activities in SPYSCAPE may be recorded and replayed for public viewing. Each ticket holder consents to the foregoing and grants SPYSCAPE and its designees the irrevocable right to use such ticket holder's image, likeness, voice, or other identifying features so recorded in any manner, including in any live or recorded video, display, broadcast, internet usage, photo image, other transmission, reproduction, depiction or other media, whether known now or hereafter devised, in perpetuity without payment to, or approval by, such ticket holder, for the general promotion of SPYSCAPE.
Non-flash photography is permitted inside SPYSCAPE, unless otherwise indicated or advised so please check the signs and follow the guidance of SPYSCAPE staff. Commercial photography and video/sound recording is prohibited unless prior written approval is obtained from SPYSCAPE.
