Mission: Impossible – Ghost Protocol (2011) • PG-13
Rotten Tomatoes: 93%
IMDB: 7.4 / 10
Ethan Hunt and his new team go rogue to clear their organization’s name when the IMF - Impossible Missions Force - is implicated in the bombing of the Kremlin.
OUR TAKE: Ghost Protocol is by far the most gadget-heavy Mission: Impossible film, and surprisingly the equipment is almost possible... From contact lenses with heads-up displays (which are being developed now in Finland) to Spiderman-like gloves (which use a form of electro-adhesion that isn’t too far from reality). Worth a watch if you don’t mind the very unrealistic plot.
REALISM RATING: 3/5
