Tinker Tailor Soldier Spy (2011) • R
Rotten Tomatoes: 83%
IMDB: 7.1 / 10
During the height of the Cold War, a former spy is hired again by the British government to help identify a potential Soviet mole at the very heart of MI6.
OUR TAKE: We highly recommended Tinker Tailor Soldier Spy, which is based on a wonderful John le Carré novel of the same name. How accurate is it? Well, the CIA has said that the portrayal of the upper management of MI6 may “stretch credulity,” but praise the film’s use of spy tradecraft and settings, such as cryptic exchanges down narrow corridors.
