Amanda Rafkin (pictured) is a concert pianist, turned therapist, turned musical theater composer, pianist, and music director. As one is. She has been solving crossword puzzles for most of her life, and turned to constructing when she discovered the puzzle community’s openness to puns and dad jokes. She can typically be found at the theater, working on crossword puzzles, or playing the piano and singing romantic songs out loud to no one. Ross Trudeau began constructing crosswords in 2017. His puzzles have appeared in the New York Times, Wall Street Journal, L.A. Times, The Puzzle Society, Universal, and other publications. He once spent several months unsuccessfully hunting an extraordinarily resourceful mouse in his Boston apartment. After acknowledging the mouse's superior spy craft, Ross dubbed him Jason Bournemouse and resolved to coexist peacefully.
