SPYSCAPE staff are available to assist any visitor in engaging with our interactive exhibits. SPYSCAPE’s entrances, galleries, retail spaces, café, and restrooms are accessible via wheelchair and walker. A limited number of wheelchairs are available free of charge on a first-come, first-served basis. For guests arriving with a wheelchair or a walker, the SE Corner of 55th St. and 8th Ave. has sidewalk access ramps.

Service animals are welcome inside SPYSCAPE.

Please limit the number and size of the items you bring. All large backpacks and bags are required to be stored in our coat room. Storage lockers are available in the coat room free of charge on a first-come, first-served basis. Storage lockers are 11.5”x19.5”x24”. Items that are too large for the lockers will not be permitted inside.

All visitors and their possessions are subject to mandatory search if requested by SPYSCAPE staff. Any visitor found to be in possession of prohibited items may be immediately denied entry or removed from SPYSCAPE premises. Ticket reservations will not be refunded or rescheduled.

‍PROHIBITED ITEMS INCLUDE, BUT ARE NOT LIMITED TO:
- Outside food and beverages
- Glass bottles and aluminum cans
- Weapons of any kindIllegal/illicit or controlled substances
- All animals (except service animals)
- Commercial photo, video, or audio recording equipment
- Marking instruments, including spray paint and markers
- Musical instruments
- Sports and recreational equipment such as bicycles, skateboards, hoverboards, roller & ice skates, golf clubs, baseball bats, footballs, basketballs, etc.

PHOTOGRAPHY
Non-flash photography is permitted anywhere inside SPYSCAPE, unless otherwise posted. Commercial photography and video/sound recording is prohibited unless prior written approval is obtained from SPYSCAPE staff.

‍TOUCHING ARTIFACTS
Guests are not permitted to touch any artifacts or exhibits unless posted signage indicates that it is permitted or they are specifically directed to do so by SPYSCAPE staff.

‍FOOD AND BEVERAGES
Outside food and beverages are strictly prohibited except for bottled water. Any food or beverage items purchased inside SPYSCAPE at the café cannot be taken into the galleries.

‍SMOKING
Smoking, including e-cigarettes, is prohibited inside SPYSCAPE.

‍PRESS & MEDIA
Members of the press are not permitted to film or record the audio in any areas of SPYSCAPE, or to interview our guests, without prior written approval. If you would like to visit SPYSCAPE serving as a member of the press, please email media@spyscape.com.

ADMISSION
Each guest must present a valid admission ticket to enter SPYSCAPE. Guest entrance is located on 8th Avenue between 54th and 55th Streets. Valid SPYSCAPE tickets include the date and time of the reservation, and a visible scan code.

SPYSCAPE reserves the right to restrict access or close to the public and cancel ticket reservations without advance notice. SPYSCAPE assumes no responsibility for additional costs associated with visiting SPYSCAPE including ticket reservation cancellations due to any reason, transportation costs to and from the location, parking to visit the location, and any lodging.

‍RE-ENTRY
Once admission tickets have been scanned, guests will not be permitted to exit SPYSCAPE and then re-enter for any reason including to revisit the SPYSCAPE gift store or café, or to use the public restrooms.

‍REFUNDS
SPYSCAPE tickets are non-transferable, non-refundable, and non-exchangeable. However, in the event of an unscheduled closure, visitors whose reservations have been affected can reschedule for the next available date and time at no additional cost.
