Mubin Shaikh is a former counterterrorism operative and professor of public safety in Toronto, Canada. He is also a counter-extremism specialist for the US-based NGO Parents for Peace.
Lauren Wilkinson is an American fiction writer whose debut novel American Spy was published in 2019. Wilkinson taught writing at Columbia University and the Fashion Institute of Technology. She grew up in New York City and splits her time between New York and Los Angeles.
