We are looking for a proactive, motivated individual to lead our Visitor Services team.  You’ll be responsible for overseeing a team of Assistant Managers as well as all of our frontline staff as they execute the ticketing, retail, cafe services, and overall experience at SPYSCAPE.  You’ll play a key role in staff hiring and training as well as the operational excellence of the site.  

What would interest us?

  • A passion for hospitality and a dedication to excellence
  • 3-5 years of hospitality experience and at least 4 years of management experience
  • Demonstrated ability to manage and motivate a team
  • Knowledge of ticketing, CRM, and POS systems
  • Ability to think quickly on your feet and be a proactive problem solver
