We are looking for a data-driven analyst to help us understand the performance of our products, services and experiences. You’ll support the Product Manager in user research, and bring rigour to quantifying and qualifying customer behaviour and sentiment. You will have a strong desire for continuous (and discontinuous) improvement and will undertake research to validate your assumptions and arguments.
