We are looking for a proactive, motivated individual to help lead our Visitor Services team.  You’ll be responsible for the front line operations including ticketing, retail, cafe services, security, and overall customer service.  You’ll play a key role in training staff and making sure we deliver a five star experience to every customer, every time.

What would interest us?

  • A passion for customer service and a dedication to excellence
  • 2-3 years of customer service experience and at least 2 years of management experience
  • 2+ of retail/sales experience, preferably in a supervisory position
  • Demonstrated ability to motivate a team and hit targets
  • Strong communication skills ability to interpret and deliver basic reports
  • Knowledge of ticketing, CRM, and POS systems
  • Ability to think quickly on your feet and be a proactive problem solver
